When you're dealing with stress, your body reacts by tensing up shoulders, locking or grinding teeth or even holding the breath. I have created a 10 minute yoga session for you to ease tension in your neck, shoulders, wrists and spine - all with 5 minutes to spare during your 15 minute break so you can go grab that pick-me-up tea or coffee.
