Yoga for Work (Video!): 10 Minutes to Reduce Tension

Slaving away at work or home? Sitting in your car dealing with bumper-to-bumper traffic? Sharing an office space and can't get away? 

 

When you're dealing with stress, your body reacts by tensing up shoulders, locking or grinding teeth or even holding the breath. I have created a 10 minute yoga session for you to ease tension in your neck, shoulders, wrists and spine - all with 5 minutes to spare during your 15 minute break so you can go grab that pick-me-up tea or coffee.
